Small friendly place go visit the kabab shop one street back great food very helpful. The ports nice and the history walk is well thought out. There are trams to take you along this amazing bit of coastline. We were there in low season. Many shops and restaurants were closed that was a pity.

Also tourist attraction were not always open. Nieuwpoort is a nice place with beautiful promenades and beach walks. It is a nice coastal town which in summer would be fab, we went to the Christmas market which had an ice rink and a carousel and lots of bars, not a market atall but it was very pretty with 's of trees with lights on all around it and the church was lit up and a Santa house.

It seemed to be undergoing a large amount of building works in the town so maybe there will be more to see next time. We ate in The Sailor which was great food although a bit limited and no card facilities so we had to go out and find cash after dinner which was annoying but good food and open fire cooking was lovely.

A very quiet out of season coastal town, very clean and ideal for walking, shoppingn and eating out. Very friendly staff in shops and other businesses. If you are tired the coastal tram will take over. This is our second visit to the property great position in the town of Nieuwpoort. Facilities in the house are great.

Loads of very good restaurants all within walking distance but did have to book ahead. May be because it was valentines. Supermarket 5 mins walk away and parking on the toad right outside the house. We had a family room with a sea view, the room was clean and had everything needed.

The beds were good, the hotel breakfast was included in the price and it was beyond expectation! Highly recommended and if we once return to Nieuwpoort we will stay there. We loved this neat little hotel right in the centre of Nieuwpoort. The owner is very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed a very nice dinner. The rooms are spotless clean and tastefully furnished. We will certainly come back if we are in the area again. Everything was to a high standard, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean.
