Having booked a week in advance and paid in full to guarantee my reservation, on the day I was supposed to check in - literally as I was boarding the Eurostar to Brussels - I received an email notification telling me they had cancelled my reservation because they had overbooked, Thankfully Hotels. But these guys never contacted me directly or offered any kind of apology for screwing me around and causing huge stress while I was travelling.

If it was an honest mistake I would expect a sincere apology. There was none. I reckon they screw people like this all the time. Book through a reputable website and they might sort you out, like they did me.

I have rated this as "very good" because of the good value money-location. Also not as clean as it should have been. The access stairs are really narrow, only one pearson can go at a time. The elevator can only fit 2 people at once. Because I was on a low budget at the time of visit, and only stayed for 4 nights, the apartment was "decent".
