The pool is very large and almost as warm as the Jacuzzi. The pool is only outside, though you can enter the pool via steps from inside the building. There was something covered with a tarp, but we could not tell what it was. Inside is a large Jacuzzi that can accommodate people, at least. The air bubbles rise through the seats but not on your feet.
As a result, the bubble side of the Jacuzzi became crowded later in the day. The cold pool is large and beautifully designed, and next to it were two contrasts baths hot and cold. There is a warm foot bath just beneath the panorama sauna that many people did not notice until someone started using it.

The right part of the inner jacuzzi has no bubbles indeed for those who enjoy just relaxing in hot water. The spraying system in tje hammam has been checked. We'll pass the kind words to the entire staff and hope to welcome you again in one of our facilities. We have visited quite a lot of thermae in Belgium; this one was on our to-try list.
We will definitely come back here - why: because the choice and variety of sauna's was great. For example the Aqua Sauna, with a fish tank, and the Alm Sauna where you have to cross a snowy landscape to get there never seen such before. Also I particularly enjoyed the steam bath: often neglected in sauna centers. This one was large, had sufficient place to lay down, and plenty of steam - love it.
Why do I then only give average: some of the personnel at the restaurant facility waitresses were really rude and unfriendly. We had to wait long time for drinks to be served, the plates for lunch were thrown at the table, no thank you or please, and they looked pissed of all together. So we will turn back for sure, cause we like this place - but a good advice: the attitude of some people there needs to change. I want to stress though that the lady at the reception in the morning was really friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Modern and original spa close to Brussels. Good food also at the restaurant. Outdoor pool not so interesting, but good choice of saunas inside and outside.

It's a big spa so even on busy days it doesn't really feel crowded. Recently they added two new sauna's which makes a total of 7 now if I'm not mistaken. Some of the sauna's like the alp sauna you get to walk through a room with an icy mountain or the aquarium sauna with a big aquarium with colourful fish and even some awesome jellyfish are simply beautiful.
Four or five times a day they organize a free-for-all Mushara session in one of the sauna's. During these sessions the heat in the sauna is radically increased and someone is waving a towel in the air creating heat waves. It's a must if you've never done this before.
On top of the sauna's they have an infrared room, a steambath, an outdoor heated pool, an indoor pool, walk-in baths hot and cold, a big jacuzzi, a relax room and of course treatment facilities. The food is not cheap but you'll get big portions and the quality is high. I'd say it's good value for the money. There's a lot of staff working at Thermen Londerzeel, all of them are very friendly and welcoming.
